The Christ Church Youth Worker is an important role in supporting
the church to flourish. They are to coordinate and resource committed teams across the
congregation to inspire, and equip our youth to be missional disciples.
They are to create rhythms which nurture and grow our youth. These could include routines of camps and events which inspire their relationship with Jesus.
They are to build containers for discipleship and belonging. This must include a Sunday programme, plus an evening lighter evening (such as a Friday Youth Group) and a midweek discipleship night.
They are to provide creative and engaging material for the formation of our youth (intermediate and high school) into the way and Likeness of Jesus.

congregation to inspire, and equip our children and families to be missional disciples. They are to create rhythms which nurture and grow our children and
families.
They are to provide creative and engaging material for the formation of our young children (pre-primary and primary) into the way and likeness of Jesus, most especially for the Sunday programs.

The Caretaker is an integral role in supporting the church to flourish. The Caretaker ensures our buildings and grounds are well maintained. The role is hands on and requires the ability to clean, garden, mow lawns and complete general maintenance.
